By employing the enzyme mix (containing reverse transcriptase and DNA polymerase), reverse transcription and DNA amplification can be accomplished at a specific temperature (60 to 650 c)in a short time (1 hr. for standard in one-step and the result can be read by visualizing the tube with naked eye). |
