Executive Summary :

Project aims to integrate a solar thermal system consisting of 16 nos. of 2 axis automatic tracking parabolic dishes each of 90 m² area of peak capacity 6 lakh kcal/h, into an existing thermic fluid heating system at 250°C and to create a performance monitoring and reporting system for the solar thermal system.

Outcomes/expected outcomes of the project are: 1. Thermic fluid heating systems design have been completed, and simulation of site have been done, 2. Design and engineering of solar thermal systems have been completed, 3. To design and fabrication of 16 nos of M90, 4. Dishes have been completed and it is integrated with mirroring, 5. Interconnection of thermal circuits is under progress and manufacturing of 10 nos. of cavity receiver and their support have been completed.
