Executive Summary : | This proposal aims at studying the decomposition matrices of certain class of diagram algebras arising from Schur-Weyl duality and the fundamental theorem of invariant theory for the groups which are associated in the Schur-Weyl duality. We aim at extending the results on this fundamental invariant from the Brauer algebras to other algebras in the Schur-Weyl duality. |
