ICMR Extramural Ad-Hoc

To promote research in the country in the field of biomedical research ICMR provides financial support in the form of ad-hoc projects to Scientists / Professionals who have a regular employment. Types of Extramural Research Programme 1.1. Short duration low cost proposals 1.2. Ad-hoc project - Investigator defined 1.3. Task Force project - Solve a pre-defined problem (Centrally identified) 1.4. Cohort study 1.5. National Registry 1.6. Centers of Advanced Research (CAR) 1.7. Capacity building / support for sustained high quality research.
