S.N. Bose Scholars Programme is a dynamic student exchange program developed in partnership with Indo-U.S. Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF) and WINStep Forward, USA. It provides an opportunity to Indian and U.S. students to undertake a research internship

Focus Area: Atmospheric and Earth Sciences; Chemical Sciences; Engineering Sciences; Mathematical and Computational Sciences; and, Physical Sciences

Target Audience: Graduation, Post graduation

Funding Agency: Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), WINStep Forward, USA

Eligibility: Indian citizens currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters' degree at a recognized institution of higher education and learning in India. US Citizen-Students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited institution of higher education in the United States

Purpose: Capacity Building

Funding Cycle: Annual

Duration: 10-12 weeks

Application Method: Online

Fellowship / Financial Assistance: Stipend (US $ 2000), Health Insurance and Air-fare to the Indian Scholars; and Scholars from US will receive US dollar equivalent of Rs. 50,000/- as Stipend
