Through strong and long-lasting public-private collaborations, the ANRF Catalytic Partnership Program is a highly selective funding program designed to spur the creation of new, large-scale research and innovation institutes or centers. The program facilitates the creation of new institutional platforms, including collaborative research centers anchored with universities, national research laboratories, research parks, and other Ministries, Departments, and State Governments, as well as world-class research laboratories and venture-building institutions.
The program's goal is to support research that would not otherwise be possible at the suggested size without ANRF's involvement by providing restricted but high-leverage funding.
The goal of ANRF's assistance is to enable the development of long-lasting institutional capacities of national significance and to anchor, de-risk, and unlock significant non-governmental investments.
