It is India's largest technology incubator, hosted by the CSIR's National Chemical Laboratory, and has supported over 750 science-based startups since its inception in December 2006. With comprehensive support including funding, scientific assistance, incubation, mentoring, and specialized resource centers, the incubator provides a strong innovation ecosystem. As a DST-NSTEDB-approved incubator, Venture Center works with BIRAC, DST, Atal Innovation Mission, MeitY, and the Defence Innovation Organization, showcasing its dedication to fostering startups at various stages of their lifecycle.
