An improved device for pneumatic extrusion of dough into sheet or strands which comprises; a cylindrical vessel, having flanges at its top and bottom, the cover plates having projections for housing suitable gaskets, a cover plate having a quick fix coupling on its top at its center for admitting compressed gas into the vessel and the cylindrical vessel is provided with a sliding piston with suitable handle and an air vent, and the said piston is provided with a rubber '0' ring and the cover plate resting over the said flange at the top of the vessel being in between the said cover plate and the said flange and a suitable gasket being provided which rests in the projection of the flange, a plate having a slot fixed gas tight on to the flange at the bottom of the cylindrical vessel with a suitable gasket which rests on the said projection in the flange and a pair of strips being bolted at the bottom of the plate and a receiver (compressor) containing compressed air/gas being used for holding gas under pressure and the cover plates and top portion of the vessel being provided with bolt and nut to make the cylindrical vessel gas tight.
