An improved process for the preparation of poly alkyl (meth) acrylates

This invention provides an improved process for the preparation of poly alkyl (meth)acrylates. More particularly the present invention relates to an improved process for production of poly alkyl (meth)acrylates of predetermined molecular weights using a novel initiator system, consisting of stabilized anionic initiators complexed with polydentate bislithium alkoxide. The process could be carried out at temperatures like -20°C and 0°C.
