Activated AnhydrousGypsum(AAG)-ADesiccant-AnImportSubstitute

The technology pertains to the development of activated anhydrous gypsum. The novel features of the technology are as under. 1. Novel product at par with imported product 2. Local raw materials and cheap The indigenous AAG substitutes imported anhydrous magnesium prochlorate desiccant, which is used in estimation of hydrogen in coal samples. The cost of one hydrogen estimation is 115 times cheaper than imported material. The desiccant is being used by CFRI-Regional Survey Laboratories.
