Executive Summary :

A state- of-the- art optimal path Navigator with the support of braille cloud service which bolster static, slow- and fast-moving obstacle prediction in indoor and outdoor route. A Optimal path Navigator is versatile framework with modest, secure, and wearable device, developed for impaired people to help them in their daily routines as they need. GPS or Braille PAD identify the optimal path by slow, fast-moving objects and obstacle on their path. GPS and Braille PAD is used as navigator for obstacle free route identification. GPS with walking stick is used for outdoor navigation and Braille PAD with bracelet is used for Indoor navigation In Braille Navigator, Braille data SIM with GPS, Braille Cloud service provider, Display unit are used to navigate into obstacle free path. Braille Data SIM with GPS capture Indoor and outdoor route images, obstacles, Slow- and fast-moving objects are captured and transferred to cloud. Braille Cloud and service Provider: Braille cloud receives input from Data SIM and train the data with pre-processed images. Generate a Braille Knowledge Neural Network (BKNN) to identify obstacle, slow moving and fast-moving objects between source and destination in outdoor route For outdoor, braille navigator uses the cloud and GPS to identify the optimal path by checking the obstacle, slow- and fast-moving objects by deep learning and machine algorithm. The Navigator send the signal to walking stick via Bluetooth about direction on movement or steps For Indoor, Braille PAD which gets the input from smart spectacle which captures the images and transferred to braille PAD. With the help of cloud, Braille PAD convert the images into braille image/braille text/sign language and transferred to braille bracelet. Smart bracelet which initiates the guidance by vibration alarm Indoor Navigation assistance: It is required for Toileting, moving around, eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and taking personal care in non-usual indoor place Outdoor navigation assistance between source and destination: To route a path with less obstacles and giving instructions on tree branches, signboards, underside of parked vehicles, open glass windows and bumping into another walking person and fast moving object by AI and Deep learning in the cloud
