Application for Bharat Innovates 2026 by MoE

The Ministry of Education, with guidance from the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser, has launched Bharat Innovates 2026, a global innovation showcase of India’s top deep-tech innovations (TRL 3–9) . Selected 100 innovations will present at an international event in France, June 2026, before industry leaders, investors, policymakers, and collaborators .

Eligibility: To participate in this program, applicants must meet the following criteria: i) Be part of a student-faculty team in a research lab or at a pre-incubator at MOE’s Higher Education Institution (HEI) or Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTI), OR ii) Be part of a team of innovators incubated at a Technology Innovation Center, Incubation Center, or Research Park in India associated with MOE’s HEI/CFTI, OR iii) Be willing to secure a formal association with MOE’s HEI/CFTI’s innovation infrastructure. For Ventures: If the innovation has graduated into a venture, the entity must be legally registered in India, and Indian founders must hold more than 51% equity.
