A single step fermentation process for production of Metal Gluconates. A fermentation process developed and transferred to industries for Metal gluconates production at 40KL (Production at 1500TPA). A single step fermentation process wherein starch hydrolysate is directly converted to gluconates of Calcium, Sodium, and Barium etc. has been developed.
