Executive Summary : | Monitoring spatial and temporal dynamics of Pst pathotypes, molecular characterisation of identified pathotypes by using SSR markers, characterization of stripe rust resistance in wheat, na maintaining a National repository of more than 30 pathotypes both as live culture and cryo-preserved. |
Achievements : | Six new pathotypes of Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici (Pst) have been identified. Resistance sources to these new pathotypes have been identified |
