Description : | A mobile vending cart has been developed to address the challenge of preserving perishable vegetables during summer. Using environmentally friendly evaporative cooling, this cart features a low-power cooling component and high relative humidity, promoting a longer shelf life for vegetables. Cost-effective and energy-efficient, it includes a lightweight cabinet with a transparent window for displaying fresh produce. The technology benefits vegetable, fruit, and fast-food vendors, preventing spoilage and waste. |
