A Process for Preparation of Bitter Gourd Spiced Drink for Control of Diabetes Mellitus (Type-II)

The process relates to the preparation of beverages / drink from bitter gourd for control of diabetes. The development successfully reduces calorific value of drink up to 80% without compromising quality attributes. The drink reduces blood glucose of patients suffering from Type -II diabetes mellitus.
