The CSIR Diamond Jubilee Intern Award Scheme is meant to be a preparatory phase for young interns to imbibe the spirit of inquiry and learn the tools and techniques of research through participation and doing. The scheme seeks young interns to gain from the knowledge and experience of accomplished scientists by working with them and to take up S&T as a career.

Summer Internship will be organized at the Department of Instrumentation Engineering, MIT Campus, Anna University, Chennai in the areas of Electronics, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation using the facility available at the Department.

The internship aims to provide students an opportunity to interact with the IIT Indore faculty mentors in an online mode. The programme is beneficial for students who are doing their under graduation.

This Scheme seeks to engage students in Graduate/ Post Graduate courses in different disciplines of recognized Universities/ Institutions within India. The "interns" shall gain exposure to various Departments in NMDFC and would be expected to contribute to the Company. The "Interns" will benefit by getting exposure to the functioning of the company which may further help in furthering their career objectives.

Internship is available throughout the year with initial engagement for three months which can be extended for another three months.

In this internship, students will work closely with NITI Aayog's verticals/divisions/cells.

The internship aims to popularise high performance computing (HPC) among the student community in India.

This Summer Internship programme attempts to bring together students from prominent institutions across the country. It allows external and internal students to participate in research projects, undergo mentorship by faculties of NIT Silchar, and thereby leading to close conglomerates and collaborations between respective institutions.

The internship aims to assist students to come out with tangible result such as a conference/journal paper, development of lab experiment, filing of patent, etc. The internship period of work should not be less than 6 weeks including Sundays and Holidays.
