Executive Summary :

The Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) in India has decreased from 130 per 100,000 live births in 2014-16 to 113 per 100,000 live births in 2016-18, saving 2,500 pregnant mothers annually in 2018. However, poor and illiterate pregnant mothers struggle to learn and understand health education, despite the availability of ICT facilities. This proposal aims to address this issue by introducing an AI-based Voice-Enabled Wearable that consolidates health education details and advises from Gynaecologists into audio files. The AI-based Voice-Enabled Personalized System will select appropriate audio files and forward them to pregnant mothers based on their delivery days. The proposed AI-based Voice-Enabled Wearable is 100% beneficial to pregnant mothers and infants. The proposed model will score physical state by analyzing various health parameters, values, and statuses. Weightages for each health parameter will be collected based on Gynaecologists' advice, and the SCORE will be calculated with doctor approval. The proposed AI-based Voice-Enabled Wearable will include buttons for collecting status of health vitals, such as date and time, blood pressure, pulse rate, sugar level, and body temperature. It will also offer personalized health education from a cloud server, a pregnant mother's health consultation with a doctor, a message to a doctor, and an emergency button. This innovative solution aims to save poor and illiterate pregnant mothers and improve their health outcomes.
