Executive Summary : | Partially depleted SOI-CMOS process has beensuccessfully integrated with floating body MOSFETperformance close to Bulk CMOS. MOSFETs withdifferent body connection schemes (I, T and Htype) are also fabricated and characterized. Theprocess is projected to be used for Radhard, lowpowerand RF applications. |
