Special call of Biotech Ignition Grant (BIG) for North East Region (NER)

BIG is flagship programme of BIRAC, which provides the right admixture of fuel and support to young startups and entrepreneurial individuals. BIG is the largest early-stage biotech funding programme in India. Funding is provided to best-in-class innovative ideas to build and refine ideas to proof-of-concept.

Eligibility: Biotech Start-ups and Individual Entrepreneurs with innovative ideas having potential for commercialization; Scientists, Faculty, Research Scholars, Graduates in any discipline incubating/ intend to incubate at a BioIncubator and the applicant for this call must be from NER and/or must substantiate the local presence through intent of technology development/implementation in NER.
