Executive Summary :

The study aims to identify various underlying factors (genetic, behavioural, societal etc.) responsible in spreading this disease.

Outcome/Output:

Developed a new biclustering algorithm named RelDenClu, which is capable of finding biclusters based on non-linear relations. The proposed algorithm has been applied to data containing COVID-19 infection rates and other lifestyle factors as well as vaccination coverage to understand the relation between them. RelDenClu could identify the importance of the selected features, mentioned earlier, much before while Spearman correlation could not do so. This will facilitate to explore and identify most of the important factors/ mine unknown associations impacting a new disease and, this, in turn, will aid in preparing a strategy, in a more scientific manner, to combat the pandemic situation across countries.
