Description : | The DNA fingerprints generated by SSR markers would help in overcoming this problem. The fourteen SSR primer sets used in this study showed a probability of identity value of 5.45 x 10-19(probability of having similar profile in by two genotypes) It will help in identifying the variety/genotype/ cultivar at seedling stage. |
