The conference focuses on the biological treatment of various wastes, biological treatment of organic wastes i.e., food waste, sludge, aquatic and terrestrial weeds through composting, vermi-composting and anaerobic digestion.

The course aims to lay out the possibility that any city can be conceived as a multiple series of co-existent urban paradigms. The urban paradigms discussed within the extent of Ecosophic Urbanism, shall provide a range of perspectives and strategies that can address present requirements of a city as well as future possibilities.

The objectives of this workshop are to deliberate upon the emerging causes and hazards of air pollution; to evaluate the current scenario of the effects of air pollution on public health in general, and the health of women and children in particular; to plan and strategize various traditional and scientific approaches to mitigate air pollution and its harmful effects on health; and to promote International Cooperation on programmes for mitigating the hazards of air pollution on public health.

The conference aims to draw attention of the scientific community engaged in varied aspects of the environmental research to a monolithic platform to highlighting the status of current research and to offering a platform to discuss, and build research collaborative networks.
