Executive Summary :

Objective: The proposed project aims for development of indigenous, chemical free and electronic honey quality analyser. The objectives of the proposed project are summarizes in the following points: Survey, collection and testing of commercial honey and adulterants in Indian market.; Investigation of multi sensor techniques like spectroscopy & electrochemical methods for detection of adulteration in honey.; Development of sensor fusion algorithms for assessment of quality of honey.; Development of rapid methodology for detection of adulterants.; Development of IoT enabled honey quality analyzer.
