Executive Summary :

Objective: The present project aims to produce environmental friendly / formaldehyde free fluorescent pigments by simplifying the manufacturing process with improved yield and using significantly more sustainable, safe and green raw materials, in comparison with existing production technologies and hazardous or toxic conventional raw materials. The objective is to synthesize Innovative Pigments with meeting the targeted specifications given in Grade-1 and Grade-2, where pigments meeting targeted specifications in Grade-2 are superior in performance, like colour-bleeding, colour-migration, light fastness and thermal stability.

The objectives planned in achieving the targeted specifications given in Grade-2 are: Development of innovative next-gen eco-friendly/formaldehyde free fluorescent pigments that are non-migrating, non-bleeding, having good light fastness and thermal stability.
