For the same, a dedicated R&D lab is registered by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. The cold storage is actively modernised for better post-harvestmanagement leading to reduced wastage and improved quality of potatoes. It also provides comprehensive technology solutions for snack processing industries that cater to contextualised needs and raw-material quality. |
