Description : | At present, expanded product from horse gram is not available in the market. Hence the product has good potential in the market as the product is crisp, crunchy and shelf stable. It can be used as such as snack after salting or spicing. It can also be component of cereal bar/ chikki. It is anticipated that the market demand will be much more after the successful launching of the product. |
