Brief Description

Description :

DDOR provides breathing gas on demand and maintains proper concentration of oxygen in the breathing gas, by diluting pure oxygen with ambient air, according to altitude. This features economics the source and in-creases the breathing time. The regulator works on a pilot bleed operated suction and a supply chamber assembly with an injector dilution mechanism. It is designed to meet the requirements of the paratrooper in all possible worst case scenarios. It has a switch to manually select I00 percent oxygen. The unit has provision for giving taro input, one from the man-mounted oxygen cylinder (PBOS, which the paratrooper carries with him) and one from the PBC. The inputs connectors are of double shut-off quick disconnect type, which facilitate easy connection and disconnection. The double shut- off mechanism cuts off both sides doting disconnection, thus preventing the entry of any foreign particles such so dust in the system. The regulator design meets the constrains of site, weight and volume and is rugged to withstand day to day handling by the user. CFF will the useful for the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, and the mountaineers.
