Executive Summary : | To develop structure and content of Oilseeds Knowledge Management Portal (OKMP) comprising General information System, Research Information Systems, Extension Information System, Market Information System and Farming Information System. To pilot the information systems for uploading, sharing and harnessing oilseeds knowledge amongst oilseed stakeholders. To build the capacity of the stakeholders in using the OKMP for effectively transforming oilseeds knowledge and information as a viable factor of production |
