Description :

This technology is based on Aerobic Activated Composting (AAC) for converting organic waste into stabilized and nutrient-rich bio-manure through controlled biological decomposition. The process involves systematic aerobic degradation of organic matter such as agricultural residues, food waste, and biodegradable municipal waste using microbial activity under optimized conditions of aeration, moisture, and temperature. The AAC system accelerates the composting process by enhancing microbial efficiency, leading to faster breakdown of organic materials and reduction in waste volume. The final product is a pathogen-free, odorless, and nutrient-enriched bio-manure that improves soil fertility and supports sustainable agricultural practices. The technology also helps in reducing environmental pollution associated with improper disposal of organic waste and promotes resource recovery.
