Details
Executive Summary : | This project aims to create a 10-100 nm colloidal nanodrug that can cross the blood-brain barrier. The nanodrug will consist of inorganic nanoparticles, polymers, micelles, surfactants, and small molecules, with an affinity molecule. It will have enhanced transcytosis, nanomotor activity, and ultrasound responsive properties. The nanodrug will enhance brain targeting by efficient crossing the blood-brain barrier. The project will involve preparation, performance testing, and in vivo studies for optimal systems. The nanodrug could be used for treating neurodegenerative diseases and brain tumors. |
