Executive Summary : | The objective of this project is to identify general properties of preferences. In particular, the project aims at investigating certain topological properties of preferences that would enable the study non-linear and multi-parametric models within a single model. An investigation of the topological properties will help us in understanding incentive compatibility from a geometric point of view, which in turn may provide algorithms to compute the maximum revenue. |
