Call for Proposals
In order to promote innovation, boost economic competitiveness, and tackle common global issues, India and the US are strengthening their collaboration in key and emerging technologies by using their complementary capabilities. The United States–India Science and Technology Endowment Fund (USISTEF) has announced a Call for Proposals on “Building U.S.–India Partnerships to Drive Innovation in Critical Minerals and Quantum Technology,” which aligns with the goals of the U.S.–India TRUST ("Transforming the Relationship Utilising Strategic Technology") initiative and the Pax Silica Framework, which emphasise secure technology ecosystems, resilient supply chains, and strategic technology cooperation. This call seeks to foster bilateral partnerships that accelerate the development and commercialization of transformative technologies and solutions with significant societal and economic impact in the areas of Critical Minerals & Supply Chain Resilience and Quantum Technologies.
